Sessions
The Assessment Session
Following your initial enquiry, we'll discuss how you would prefer to conduct the Assessment Session, i.e.: online or face-to-face.
The Assessment Session will last up to an hour and cost £35.
This session is intended to discuss the issues that have brought you to seek therapy. We'll explore your goals and desired outcomes of therapy and go through the counselling agreement.
At the end of this session, we'll decide together whether to make a regular counselling session appointment.
Sessions
All regular sessions will be face-to-face and last 50 minutes. I recommend meeting on a weekly basis.
My Fees
Assessment Session
Initial 1 Hour assessment, online or face-to-face. £35
Individual Counselling and Psychotherapy
Weekly 50 minute face-to-face session £50
Cancellation & Payment
I require 48 hours notice when cancelling a session; otherwise I require the full fee to be paid. I take cash and bank transfer only as payment.
